Davis Coast House is a private, invite-only application for family and guests to request and manage stays at our coast house. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

  • Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator. There is no public sign-up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and phone secure and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that are misused.

Use of the app

  • Booking requests are subject to owner approval; a request is not a confirmed reservation until approved.
  • Rates and any amounts shown are set by the owner and may change.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

SMS / text message terms

  • Program: Davis Coast House account security messages.
  • When you add your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive account verification and security text messages from Davis Coast House — specifically one-time sign-in codes and password-reset codes. These are transactional messages sent in response to your actions; we do not send marketing texts.
  • Message frequency: varies — a message is sent when you sign in or request a password reset.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages (this disables text-message sign-in for your account). Reply HELP for help.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty / limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" for personal use among family and guests, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
